• SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms & Form Personalization
• OA Framework development and extensions using JDEV
• Development and customization of Workflows using Workflow Builder and AME
• Good understanding of Oracle HR and associated technical architecture including
development standards, debugging tools and techniques.
• Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service.
• Good knowledge of element entries, Work Structures, Assignment History, Payroll Run etc.
• Good Knowledge of SIT and EIT,Fast Formulas.
• Working knowledge of different Absence Plan Types like Accruals, Qualification and No-entitlement

Technical requirement

• Product knowledge of multiple SCM modules (PO, INV, OM, BOM, WIP,EAM)
• At least 1 R12 Implementation experience
• Good Knowledge of Supplier and Customer profiles.
• Working Experience for P2P and O2C Cycles, Approvals and Workflow.
• Good Knowledge of BOM, Routings, Discrete Manufacturing, Costing etc.
• Good Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning.
• Sound Functional and Business process conceptual skills
• Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment
• Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation
• Should have worked on Suppliers, Approvals rules, TAD and all other procurement tasks related to setups, knowledge on Invoicing & Receipt Accounting
• Should have knowledge on All Inventory related tasks and setups along with Physical & Cycle count, reconciliation.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 AP, AR, GL, EBtax, FA, FSG One full cycle R12 Implementation Experience. Support and Maintenance experience on any oracle apps releases.
